Este hotel de praia está situado perto da Cidade Velha de Benidorm, a apenas 20 m da Praia de Poniente. O centro da cidade, que oferece inúmeros cafés, bares, restaurantes e lojas, fica perto do hotel. As ligações de transportes públicos estão a apenas 50 m de distância. O hotel familiar foi construído em 1969 e totalmente renovado em 2002. As comodidades do hotel incluem um lobby com receção 24 horas, uma mesa de câmbio e uma sala de TV. As opções de refeições incluem um café e um restaurante. Todos os quartos têm casa de banho, TV via satélite/cabo, aquecimento central e um cofre. Alguns quartos também têm uma varanda. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
