Midtown Apartments is located between Casp and Bruc street, in the center of Barcelona. The building was built in the late nineteenth century building (1895). It was restored to turn it into 24 luxury apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, between 49 and 106 m2. Now Midtown Apartments Barcelona is completely renovated without altering its original architecture. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
