Each of the 21 apartments is decorated in light tones with modern furnishings and features a flat-screen television. All accommodations include a spacious lounge area with a sofa bed, and the private bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Guests can prepare meals using the gas hob, microwave, and refrigerator provided in the kitchenette or dine at one of the many restaurants within the adjacent shopping center. Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
