This modern loft-style apartment features exposed brick walls and offers access to a rooftop pool and terrace with magnificent city views. The air-conditioned apartments include a kitchen equipped with a microwave, hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A washing machine, linen, and towels are also provided. A concierge service can arrange activities such as tours and water sports. Guests enjoy free entry to the Barcelona Egyptian Museum. Glories Shopping Mall is a 10-minute walk away. Stays of six nights or more include a general cleaning service, with the kitchen to be left tidy on the final day. A maximum of two apartments can be booked at a time; three or more are considered a group booking with a different cancellation policy. A €350 security deposit is required upon arrival. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
