Located in Barcelona's central Eixample district on Villarroel Street, these apartments are a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia and conveniently close to the Hospital Clínic metro station. Barcelona Sants AVE train station is also within a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. The fifteen modern apartments, accommodating four to five guests, offer free Wi-Fi throughout. Choose from deluxe and executive two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a living-dining area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. For stays of six nights or more, a general cleaning is included, though guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen tidy on their departure day. A maximum of two apartments can be booked per reservation. Three or more apartments are considered a group booking and are subject to different cancellation policies. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
