The reception is open every day from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. on the Main Floor of the building. To better coordinate your check-in, we would appreciate it if you contact the reception to indicate your arrival time. If your arrival is outside these hours, please contact the hotel reception and they will provide you with access instructions to your room/apartment. The official check-in time is 3:00 p. m. If you arrive earlier and your room/apartment is not ready, we can store your luggage for you to enjoy the city while we finish preparing it. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
