Torel Palace Porto is a new boutique five star-hotel in the heart of Porto with 24 rooms and Suites. This new project by the Torel Boutiques group is housed in one of the most stunning antique palaces in Porto, the “Palacete Campos Navarro”. This typical bourgeouis Palace, dating back to 1861, is one of the most impressive and distinguished examples of the romantic architecture period in Porto. The concept of Torel Palace Porto is to honor portuguese writers and poets. Each of the 24 rooms and Suites is designed individually to reflect their works and life, among them Eça de Queiroz, Florbela Espanca and of course the perhaps best-known Portuguese writer, Fernando Pessoa. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
