La estación de trenes de São Bento se encuentra a 500 m y Francisco Sá Carneiro está a 11 Km. Este hotel, renovado en el año 2004, cuenta con un total de 51 habitaciones repartidas en 6 plantas, 6 de las cuales son suites, así como de una terraza, recepción 24 horas, caja fuerte, ascensor, bar, una sala de televisión y un restaurante.
