Description

Nestled within the historic Castelinho (small castle), originally commissioned by King D. Sebastião, this 3-star hotel offers a unique experience. The castle's original features have been preserved, including remnants of the surrounding walls. Located in the heart of Angra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the city center is a mere 300 meters away. Opened in 2006, the hotel features 29 rooms, including a suite, spread across three floors. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a 24-hour reception, a café, bar, restaurant, two swimming pools (with a children's paddling area), and Wi-Fi access (for an additional fee). Room and laundry services are also available, along with convenient parking. Each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, LCD cable TV, internet access, minibar, and individually regulated air conditioning. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
