Das Hotel steht rund 50 m vom Strand, in der Hauptfußgängerzone von Roses inmitten von Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt rund 150 m entfernt und zum Bahnhof sind es ungefähr 18 km. Der Flughafen Girona-Costa Brava ist nach ca. 50 km erreicht, der Flughafen Barcelona nach etwa 150 km. Das klimatisierte Hotel ist 2010 gebaut worden. Der Entwurf stammt von berühmten lokalen Künstlern und es ist in behagliches, modernes mediterranes Hotel. In seinem Herzen stehen 3 alte Fischerhütten, die in ein modernes und komfortables Umfeld verwandelt worden sind. Das Design und die Lage vermitteln den Gästen das Gefühl ein Teil von Roses und der Costa Brava zu sein. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
