El complejo vacacional está ubicado en el precioso barrio de villas en la calle Costa d'Oiro, al sureste de Lagos. Se encuentra a unos 300 m de la impresionante playa Dona Ana y a aproximadamente 1, 5 km del centro de Lagos. Hay transporte público a unos 500 m del hotel. El traslado al aeropuerto de Faro tarda aproximadamente 45 minutos. El sofisticado hotel, inaugurado en 1997 y renovado en 2024, ofrece un total de 79 alojamientos (habitaciones y apartamentos) distribuidos en 7 casas de huéspedes. En el edificio principal, hay una recepción 24/7 y el restaurante/bar 'Do Village' con acceso gratuito a internet inalámbrico, así como un ordenador público. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
