Este elegante hotel balnear situa-se numa animada rua secundária no centro de Playa de Palma. Fica a apenas 200 m da deslumbrante praia e do passeio marginal. O centro histórico de Palma de Maiorca encontra-se a aproximadamente 12 km e num raio de 150-400 m do hotel os hóspedes irão encontrar inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes, bares e um campo de golfe. A poucos passos do hotel existem ligações à rede de transportes públicos. Este hotel totalmente climatizado foi construído em 1975 e renovado em 1998 e compreende 12 andares com um total de 180 quartos duplos. Dispõe ainda de um hall de entrada com receção em serviço sob 24 h, cofre, guiché para câmbio monetário, elevador e um elevador exterior panorâmico. As instalações incluem adicionalmente um bar com televisão via satélite, uma sala de jogos, uma sala de televisão e um restaurante à la carte climatizado com zona para não fumadores. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
