Das Hotel liegt in Luso in einem sehr üppigen Teil des Buçaco-Waldes. Bis zu den modernen Thermaleinrichtungen sind es nur wenige Meter. Das Hotel bietet einen unvergesslichen Empfang und eine erholsame Umgebung in direktem Kontakt mit der Natur. Die rosafarbenen Töne an den Wänden des Gebäudes harmonieren auf einzigartige Weise mit den vielfältigen Farben der Landschaft. Das Hotel hat 68 komplett ausgestattete Zimmer, außerdem eine Bar, ein Restaurant, ein Spielzimmer, einen ausgerüsteten Tagungsraum und WLAN-Internetzugang. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
