XO Hotels City Centre is divided over ten monumental buildings, which date back to the 18th century. The hotel is located in the historical heart of Amsterdam right in front of the Beurs van Berlage. The hotel rooms have a private bathroom, a flatscreen television, free WiFi and a Nespresso machine. The famous Anne Frank house, the Van Gogh museum, the Rembrandthuis and the red light district are in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel can easily be reached from Schiphol airport by train in 15 minutes. From Amsterdam Central Station it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
