Das Strandhotel liegt in der kantabrischen Stadt mit demselben Namen. Es befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Palastgärten von Sobrellano, gegenüber der Universität. Die Anlage erfreut sich einer besonders günstigen Lage, von der aus Comillas und andere Orte Kantabriens bequem zu erreichen sind. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Nachtclubs, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erwarten die Gäste in der direkten Umgebung des Hotels. Bis zum örtlichen Bahnhof sind es ungefähr 20 km, zu Fuß kommt man in rund 15 min zum Strand. Bis zum Flughafen Santander - Parayas sind es rund 55 km.Dieses Strandhotel, 2011 renoviert, verfügt über insgesamt 30 Gästezimmer. Die Anlage ist auf der Hauptetage des Gebäudes untergebracht und von Gärten umgeben. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
