This hotel is located between the sea and the lagoon, 10 minutes away on public transport to the centre of Venice. San Marco Square is about 2 kms away, as is the International Film Festival Palace. The hotel was built during the 1930s and was fully restored in 1998. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception, air conditioning, a hotel safe, lift access to the upper floors, a TV lounge and Internet access. A café and bar are also to be found on-site and a car park is provided for those arriving by car. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
