Description

AluaSun Costa Park is a hotel with a wide variety of services for the whole family. The little ones will love our Astro Club: with renovated equipment and a team of qualified professionals who lead activities throughout the day. Moreover, there is a splash park for maximum fun. Other activities for the whole family to enjoy including tennis and paddle tennis – since the hotel has its own courts - mini-golf and activities in the swimming pool in addition to the evening shows and more. The bright and spacious rooms are fully equipped with single beds and sofa beds, for guests to rest comfortably. The hotel's main restaurant, which will meet all guests' expectations, has a varied menu with a different theme every night. In addition, there are two bars where you can enjoy a drink indoors or outdoors both during the day and in the evening, enjoying the entertainment offered.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
