Das Stadthotel liegt im Herzen des berühmten Ortes Lido, in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum (ca. 30 min zu Fuß) und ca. 100 m von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Gäste finden zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Einkaufszentren in der Nähe. Der Flughafen Funchal ist etwa 3 km vom Hotel entfernt. Das 2008 erbaute Mittelklassehotel verfügt über insgesamt 74 Gästezimmer und Suiten. Das klimatisierte Hotel begrüßt die Gäste im Empfangsbereich mit einer 24h-Rezeption mit Check-out-Service. Mahlzeiten und Erfrischungen werden an der Kaffeebar und im Restaurant geboten. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
