Este Residencial se encuentra en el centro de Funchal, en la histórica Rua da Carreira, que data del siglo XVI. Cerca encontrarás un centro comercial, una oficina de turismo y las Bodegas de Vino de Madeira. El puerto deportivo y varias paradas de autobús están a 5 minutos a pie. Este confortable hotel urbano de 30 habitaciones se compone de tres edificios y cuenta con un salón principal con un ambiente refinado. Dieciséis habitaciones están equipadas con cocina americana y nevera. El hotel ofrece recepción y servicio de salida 24 horas, servicio de conserjería, caja fuerte, ascensor y sala de televisión. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
