Located just steps from the Keplerplatz metro station and a short 10-minute walk from the Central Train Station, we're your perfect home base for exploring this beautiful city. Make sure to join our free daily events to meet fellow travelers in our awesome Belushi's bar! Please note we have a maximum stay policy of seven nights and are strictly for guests over 18. Groups of nine or more guests may be subject to additional terms and conditions; please contact us before booking. Guests are required to show a valid, physical passport or EU ID card for check-in. Photocopies or pictures of ID will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
