The hotel is located in the tourist area of Salou, just 900 metres from the nearest beach. At about 300 meters is the lively downtown, where you can find many shopping and entertainment venues. It is worth visiting the Universal Port Aventura theme park, located just two kilometres. The hotel was fully air-conditioned, it was completely restored in 2001 and has a total of 348 rooms spread over seven floors. It has a wonderful bathing pool and a small lobby with a 24-hour reception. There is also a cosy bar, a restaurant, an Internet terminal, a reading room and a nightclub. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
