Cleanliness of the apartments is one of our first priorities! For your convenience light cleaning is made every day ABSOLUTELLY FREE OF CHARGE, bed linen and towels are changed once in 3 days.Parking for middle-sized cars costs 15-25 euro/day (at the building near apartments). The price depends on your car's size. Kindly note that garage parking needs to be reserved due to limited parking space. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
