Santa Rosa is a small and comprising hotel situated front to the beach that invites our clients to feel at home and enjoy life in a quiet coastal village. Sunbathe at leisure in our gardens and try our speciality \'sardinas al espeto\' (sardines from the catch of the day skewered and charcoaled with a difference) accompanied with a cool, quench thirsting lager. Alternatively, you can sample the Axarquian Gastronomy in our restaurant. A feast for the eyes and not to be missed is the mediterranean sunrise and sunset which you will be able to see from your own comfortable and fully equipped room with air conditioning, TV, telephone and \'en suite\' bathrooms. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
