The famous Ringstraße and historic sights are just a few minutes' walk away. The the U3 underground line is in front of the hotel (Neubaugasse station). The center is easily accessible, both publicly and on foot. The Messe Wien is only 15 minutes away by underground. Each SMART room is equipped with a double bed with luxury pocket spring mattress, an XL shower with a raindance showerhead and individually controlled air conditioning. A NESPRESSO machine, kettle and USB charging plug are also included. Furthermore, every room has a hair dryer, Fairtrade cosmetics and a seating area with a small work space. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
