Der Komplex befindet sich in der Altstadt im Zentrum von Benidorm, etwa 25 m vom Levante Strand entfernt. In der Nähe der Promenade und der Bars sowie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Golfplatz ist in ungefähr 3 km erreichbar. Die Rezeption befindet sich im ca. 50 m entfernten Hotel Sol.Die Studios, als Nebenbau vom Hotel Sol, verfügen auf 4 Etagen über insgesamt 11 Zimmer für jeweils 3 Personen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Unterkünfte werden täglich gereinigt. Gäste können das Restaurant und die Bar des etwa 50 m entfernten Hotels Sol nutzen.Die meisten Studios verfügen über eine Terrasse, alle haben ein Badezimmer und mit einer kleinen Kochnische sowie individuell regulierbarer Heizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, TV und Mietsafe.Alle Mahlzeiten werden im Hotel Sol (ca. 50 m entfernt) in Form eines Buffets angeboten.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
