Localizado em Playa de las Américas, este resort tem o ambiente perfeito para pais com filhos. O resort foi modernizado em 2018. Os hóspedes recebem uma calorosa boas-vindas no resort. Estão disponíveis 61 junior suites, 16 suites e 342 quartos duplos. A simpática equipa da receção no átrio terá todo o prazer em responder a quaisquer questões. Os hóspedes recebem uma bebida de boas-vindas à chegada. Os serviços e instalações incluem serviço de babysitting mediante pedido, serviço de quartos, cabeleireiro, 5 salas de conferências e um lounge. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
