O hotel está localizado no centro da cidade de Ponta Delgada, a apenas cinco minutos de carro do aeroporto. A excelente localização do hotel permite uma caminhada de 5 minutos até à zona histórica e aos principais pontos turísticos e comerciais da cidade. Todos os quartos estão equipados com ar condicionado, telefone, televisão por cabo, casa de banho com banheira e secador de cabelo, secretária e cofre. Todos os quartos também têm varanda e janelas com vidros duplos. ** A piscina interior e o jacuzzi estarão fechados de 15 de janeiro de 2023 a 9 de fevereiro de 2023.
