Eine Bushaltestelle ist nach ca. 200 m erreicht.Der Komplex verfügt auf 4 Etagen über 68 Doppelzimmer, einen Empfangsbereich mit 24h-Rezeption, Safe und Geldwechsel sowie eine gemütliche Bar und ein Restaurant.Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus sind sie mit Direktwahltelefon (Gebühr), TV (Gebühr) und Internetzugang ausgestattet. Die meisten Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon.In der gepflegten Außenanlage befinden sich ein Swimmingpool und eine Sonnenterrasse. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
