Este sencillo hotel está situado en el centro de Puerto de la Cruz, a poca distancia a pie de la Plaza del Charco y del Muelle Pesquero. Las populares piscinas saladas de los Lagos de Martiánez y Playa Jardín están a sólo 800 metros de distancia. En los alrededores, los huéspedes encontrarán una gran variedad de tiendas, comercios, restaurantes y discotecas, así como una parada de transporte público. El Aeropuerto de Tenerife Norte se encuentra a unos 20 km del hotel. Las instalaciones incluyen una cafetería, restaurante y conexión a Internet gratuita. Las amplias y luminosas habitaciones tienen su propio carácter único. Cuentan con una sala de estar, balcón y un cuarto de baño con ducha y bañera. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
