Parque Vacacional Eden is situated in a quiet residential area of San Fernando, 300 m from the Taoro Park, 1.000 m from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, the sea water pools complex "Lago Martiánez" and the beach "Playa Martiánez"; 1.200 from the beach "Playa Jardín" and the parrot park (Loro Parque). The complex has 3 swimming pools, one of them heated in winter at a temperature of 23º Cº. Nature friends can enjoy the big variety of subtropical and autochthonous plants in the 12.000 m2 area of gardens. In this spacious green area, clients can relax and enjoy minigolf, garden chess, French bowls, tennis, ping pong, billiard and small children's play ground. The establishment offers a sauna and an expert for massage (on request). The reception is situated in the big lobby on the ground floor of the Eden Esplanade, with free Wi-Fi of charge and internet terminal with charge. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
