We are delighted that you have decided to stay with us. Based on the current situation, we would like to inform you about the following: Since May 15th, 2020, restaurants have been allowed to re-open, taking into account the rules of conduct according to the regulations. Certainly, this also applies to our gastronomic facilities. Our L.A. Café is therefore happy to welcome you for a scrumptious breakfast. Our Marlene is opening its doors from noon until 10pm in the evening. Our Hugos Restaurant is bookable for private dining experiences. Unfortunately, we do not offer room service at the moment. Please be advised that concerning our SPA InterContinental and the adjacent fitness area we are still in the planning phase for the re-opening. These areas will therefore remain closed for the time being. The health of our guests and employees is important to us, thus we kindly ask for your understanding. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
