Das Hotel ist ein All-Inclusive-Hotel an der Südwestküste der Insel Madeira, zwischen einem Yachthafen, Bergen und einem Sandstrand gelegen. Als ideales Hotel für Familien bietet es eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Gäste erreichen den Strand und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb einer Minute. Restaurants, der Busbahnhof und andere Verbindungen zum öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz sind alle nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und der internationale Flughafen Madeira ist etwa eine halbe Stunde vom Hotel entfernt. Dieses familienfreundliche Strandhotel umfasst insgesamt 153 Wohneinheiten, davon 5 Suiten und 20 Apartments. Die Innenausstattung ist hell und modern und wurde 2017 komplett renoviert.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
