Located on the best beach, at the south of the Island of Sal, this well established hotel, is in a prime position for the centre of the resort - shops, restaurants and bars are only 150 metres away. Transfer time from Sal Airport, by taxi or bus, is approximately 20 minute Originally the home of a Belgian familiy, it has over the years been developed into an attractive and very popular hotel , still owned and run by the same family. Standing like a small village on the edge of the beach, surrounded by tropical trees and flowers, the hotel is stylish and elegant, and provides a range of excellent services and facilities. The hotel has been extensively renovated and refurbished during 2008. The rooms, most of which have direct access to the beach, offer great comfort, and are equipped with double bed or twin beds, air-conditioning, television, refrigerator, ceiling fan, safe and telephone. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
