Situated exactly in the middle of 2 small beaches, yet only 5 min stroll away from the centre of Santa Maria and the local shops and restaurants.A new and modern complex, adjacent to and partly managed by the Hotel Odjo d'Agua. This colourful property, set in a tranquil location, offers an unusual feature with 2 separate secluded beaches for the guests, the ideal place for relaxing.All apartments are air conditioned, have a bath/wc, a balcony or terrace, telephone and TV. All have a fridge/freezer in the kitchen area. Some apartments, have a very limited ocean view, others may have a side seaview or full sea view, at a supplement.Breakfast and dinner are served in the adjacent Hotel Odjo d'Agua.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
