Este complejo de bungalows familiar se encuentra en el pueblo de Santo da Serra, donde encontrarás tiendas, restaurantes, varios bares locales, una iglesia, una panadería, una farmacia, una peluquería, paradas de autobús y taxi, y una gasolinera. También hay un parque, famoso por su variedad de flora endémica, y un mirador desde el que, en días despejados, podrás ver el valle de Machico, la Ponta de São Lourenço y la isla de Porto Santo. La playa de Machico está a aproximadamente 9 km del complejo y la ciudad de Funchal a unos 22 km. El Aeropuerto de Madeira se encuentra a unos 8 km del complejo de bungalows. Este hotel, un hermoso ejemplo de 'quinta', propiedad de la misma familia durante décadas, está situado a 670 m sobre el nivel del mar, en el pueblo de Santo da Serra, entre Santa Cruz, Machico y Funchal. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
