Este hotel está muito bem localizado, a 300 m da Praia de Carcajos e a 10 minutos de carro de Santa Cruz de La Palma, a capital da ilha. La Palma é famosa pelas suas belas paisagens, vulcões e natureza impressionante. A costa em redor do hotel é popular para mergulho e existe um centro de mergulho ao lado. Nas imediações, encontram-se bares, cafés, restaurantes e lojas. Santa Cruz de La Palma é um centro histórico com muitos edifícios antigos e locais de interesse.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
