Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße ca. 100 m entfernt von der Touristeninformation der Gemeinde, dem Busterminal und dem Taxistand. Die etwa 750 m zum Strand sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten zurückzulegen. Nach Cadiz sind es ca. 30 Fahrminuten. Das Strandhotel besteht aus 37 Doppelzimmern und 2 Einzelzimmern. Zu den Einrichtungen, die den Gästen geboten werden, zählen eine 24h-Rezeption mit Check-out-Service, ein Safe und ein Aufzug. Außerdem stehen den Gästen ein TV-Bereich und ein hoteleigenes Café zur Verfügung. Die Gäste werden den WLAN-Internetzugang zu schätzen wissen. Die Zimmer umfassen jeweils ein komplett ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Ausstattung umfasst ein Telefon, ein TV, einen Safe und eine individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
