The 4-star Playasol Aquapark & Spa Hotel is a sprawling resort boasting extensive outdoor entertainment areas. Highlights include a large lagoon-style pool, a spacious sun terrace with loungers and palm trees, a game area (mini golf, ping pong, shuffleboard), and an impressive water park with eight slides nearly 9 meters high. Playasol also offers many other facilities and services, including a gym, varied entertainment programs for all ages, a relaxing spa and wellness center (for a fee), a large buffet restaurant, and three bars throughout the resort. The spacious and welcoming rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, large beds, free Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar (both for a fee), a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony or terrace. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
