The accommodation Casamaia Apartments Affiliated by Melia is equipped with a 24h reception, 8 lifts, a shop, cash machine as well as parking spaces (for a fee). In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool that is open seasonally, where you can rent sun loungers and pool towels for a fee. There is also a water slide (type open slide). Furthermore, outside you can find a sun terrace. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a disco. You can store your luggage in the hotel's storage room. There is also a laundry service available at an additional cost to customers. For conventions and other business meetings, the hotel offers a (auditorium-style) conference area. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car rental service close to the hotel. Due to its barrier-free facilities , such as barrier-free entrances, the hotel is also suitable for wheelchair users. Catering Breakfast is offered from the buffet. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
