Localizado em El Rompido, o Playacartaya Spa Hotel oferece piscinas temáticas com escorregas e Jacuzzis (para hóspedes com mais de 15 anos), além de um parque infantil e quartos espaçosos para famílias. As crianças vão adorar o Delfi-Club, com atividades adequadas para crianças dos 3 aos 17 anos, incluindo jogos, artesanato, desportos e festas temáticas. O hotel também possui um restaurante buffet com show cooking (é necessário vestuário adequado para o jantar) e o relaxante centro Senzia Spa & Wellness. Os hóspedes em regime de meia pensão podem escolher almoço ou jantar. Por favor, note que as piscinas exteriores e climatizadas estão temporariamente fechadas.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
