Este pequeño hotel está ubicado en la zona de hoteles Funchal y se encuentra rodeado de elegantes jardines. A unos diez minutos andando está el centro de la ciudad, donde encontrará numerosas tiendas y lugares de ocio y entretenimiento. Hay restaurantes, bares y clubs en los alrededores (200 metros), y una parada de transporte público se encuentra muy cerca del hotel. A la playa se llega tras un viaje de aproximadamente 1 kilómetro. Por otra parte, el traslado hasta el aeropuerto Funchal dura unos 25 minutos. Este hotel, renovado en el año 2001, cuenta con un edificio principal de cuatro plantas y con un nuevo edificio anexo también de cuatro plantas, con un total de 36 habitaciones dobles. Ubicado en una calle principal, el edificio dispone de un hall de entrada, recepción abierta las 24 horas del día, sala de estar, servicio de cambio de divisa, cafetería y ascensor. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
