Das Hotel ist wenige Minuten (ca. 150 m) vom langen, feinsandigen, flach ins Meer abfallenden Strand der Playa de Palma entfernt. Es ist ruhig an 2 Nebenstraßen gelegen, abseits vom Trubel und dennoch in der Nähe der zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (ca. 200 m), zwischen Balneario 4 und 5. Zum ''RIU-Center'' sind es ca. 1,5 km. Das Zentrum von Playa de Palma mit vielen Diskotheken liegt in ca. 500 m Entfernung. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel (150 m).Das klimatisierte Strandhotel verfügt auf 4 Etagen über insgesamt 83 Zimmer, davon 17 Einzel- und 66 Doppelzimmer.
