Este aparthotel fica a apenas 200 m da praia e a uma curta distância de todas as comodidades locais, incluindo restaurantes, bares, pubs e lojas. **Informamos que serão realizados trabalhos de manutenção (pintura) em todo o Resort. Estes trabalhos terão início a 28 de outubro de 2025 e decorrerão diariamente das 08:00 às 18:00. A data prevista para o seu término é 1 de março de 2026. Estes trabalhos fazem parte da melhoria contínua do Resort para a satisfação total dos nossos hóspedes, e todas as medidas foram tomadas para minimizar os transtornos. **

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
