O hotel situa-se em frente ao Parque Petrin, nas imediações do centro da cidade e a apenas alguns passos da Ponte Carlos e do Castelo. Existem restaurantes e bares num raio de 100 m do hotel a paragem de eléctrico mais próxima fica a cerca de 50 m. Do hotel ao aeroporto de Praga são aproximadamente 20 km. O Hotel de Design foi recentemente renovado e totalmente redecorado em 2010. Apresenta um estilo único e moderno, cujo design e qualidade irão fazer com que os hóspedes queiram regressar. Os hóspedes serão recebidos num hall de entrada com recepção e serviço de check-out 24 h por dia. Existem 52 quartos no total e as instalações incluem cofre e elevador. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
