Nuestro hotel familiar está situado en el centro de Praga, a 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza de Wenceslao y cerca de la estación de metro I. P. Pavlova. Ofrecemos 30 habitaciones económicas, cada una con baño privado y algunas con aire acondicionado. Todas las habitaciones incluyen hervidor de agua, TV por cable y acceso gratuito a internet. Nuestra recepción está abierta de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 16:00. Para llegadas después de este horario, por favor, contáctanos en info@brezina. cz. Si llegas fuera del horario de recepción, puedes utilizar nuestro servicio de auto check-in. El código de acceso para la recepción es '7475'. Encontrarás un sobre con tu nombre y las llaves de la habitación detrás de la primera puerta. Las habitaciones del hotel se encuentran en el edificio Legerova 39, separado de la recepción. Por favor, regístrate en la recepción dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a tu llegada.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
