Das Hotel ist am Rande des Fischerorts Cabanas gelegen, direkt an der Lagune und mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Im maximal 4 km Entfernung laden verschiedene Diskotheken zum Tanzen ein. Umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und einen Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz können Sie bequem zu Fuß erreichen.Das Mittelklassehotel wurde im Jahr 2003 aufwändig renoviert. Es verfügt über ein 2-geschossiges Haupt- und mehrere 2-geschossige Nebengebäude mit insgesamt 157 Wohneinheiten sowie einen ca. 30.000 qm großen Garten.
