This apartment complex is located around 50 metres away from the small sandy beach of Caló d'es Moro. The attractive beaches of Cala Grassió and Cala Grassioneta can be reached within a short walk along the coast. The large complex is located close to the centre and the famous Café del Mar as well as the Savannah. Countless restaurants and bars lie about 50 metres away, while shops can be reached in approximately 800 metres. Guests will find well-equipped rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a kitchenette and other modern amenities needed to ensure utmost comfort. Guests can soak up the sun at the outdoor swimming pool. There are also sun loungers available for them to work on their tan. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
