This central hotel close to the Dam Square, is known for being home away from home for our many guests who return year after year. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and that there are narrow staircases in these typical Amsterdam buildings. Possible noise nuisance: the hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, on one of the most vibrant streets of the city. You will find everything close by but there is people, bikes and some traffic throughout the day and night.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
