Nuestra pequeña casa de apartamentos se encuentra situada en la parte soleada de La Palma, en Los Llanos. Fue construida en 1997 y desde entonces es cuidada con mucho cariño. el Patio se encuentra a sólo pocos minutos de camino al centro de la pequeña cuidad, la popular Plaza de España . Allí puede disfrutar de la actividad meridional sentado por debajo de unos laureles. A las tiendas, bancos, restaurantes, cafés, etc. se llega fácilmente dando un paseo. La estación de autobuses está situada a 10 minutos de el Patio.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
