El complejo de apartamentos se encuentra a unos 150 m de la playa en una zona tranquila de San Augustin. El paseo marítimo de San Augustin con Playa del Inglés está a tiro de piedra del complejo y hay muchas conexiones de transporte público en los alrededores. Renovado en el año 2000, este complejo consta de 33 apartamentos/estudios en total y un jardín de 300 m². Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del restaurante con aire acondicionado. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
